To put this in context, a fortnight last Friday ago I sent an item which arrived from Magicwardrobes.com that Wednesday, back to an address in China, a week later I get an email from them with a tracking number for Royal Mail, and since a week last Friday ago I've been checking the tracking most days, and as of last Friday it's apparently stuck in customs between China and the UK for the replacement of an XL to XXL costume.
I've contacted Magicwardrobes.com, they're passing the buck to Royal Mail, and obviously it's a Bank Holiday so they won't be open to contact till at least tomorrow, more to the point, if I ring them tomorrow morning, will they even do anything or just tell me to contact the seller? Which I have done several times since the week before last and they keep telling me to contact RM?
I am aware of Google and the RM website.
