General Discussion • Is it just me or are Royal Mail annoyingly incompetent?

I bought an item on eBay this week, it was dispatched the day before yesterday, for delivery today, yet it's been dispatched to the delivery office in Bolton, Lancashire and not Sheffield, South Yorkshire!

Are Royal Mail usually this annoyingly incompetent or do they do it on purpose to annoy me?!
