Even following their response to the initial email a week last Wednesday ago, which I responded to with my details, to date, nearly 2 weeks later, they haven't responded to that and it's unlikely they ever will.
I have the Odeon's phone number but when I rang up last week, the automated nonsense won't talk to me, they tell me to do everything online.
Without telling me to use Google (I have done) is there anything I can legally do? There's a few films out which I want to see, and I can't afford to go to Cineworld instead or The Light.
